Brief description<\/strong><\/td>The project consists of transforming the thermal power plant, which consumes coal and material from waste rock dumps, into a biomass plant.<\/td><\/tr>
Main characteristics<\/strong><\/td>The biomass to be used by the plant will be provided by local suppliers, which will allow adequate maintenance of the forest masses. The new 50MWe thermal power plant will have an estimated biomass consumption of 350,000t and is expected to produce 400,000MWh per year. <\/td><\/tr>

Total budget (\u20ac)<\/strong><\/td>45M\u20ac<\/td><\/tr>
Forecast of employment generated<\/strong><\/strong><\/td>Generation of about 200 jobs related to forest biomass management.<\/td><\/tr>
