This prior public consultation aims to support the development of the new Just Transition Strategy (ETJ) for the period 2026-2030, as an instrument that will strengthen the socio-labor dimension of the National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan (PNIEC) 2021-2030. The central objective is to maximize the opportunities for economic activity and employment arising from the transition to a low-emission economy, while minimizing the impacts on the most exposed workers and territories.
Its purpose is to gather the opinion of interested individuals, organizations and entities regarding the content that the new Strategy should contain, taking into account the current context.
