CE Abresxía is a project of the San Tirso de Abres City Council, advised by FAEN, submitted in response to the Principality of Asturias’ 2026 call for grants for the 2030 Agenda.
It will consist of a 54 kWp (90 modules) collective self-consumption photovoltaic system installed on the roof of the Municipal Sports Center, with an estimated annual output of 53,352 kWh. The energy will be distributed among municipal utilities and external consumers—local businesses and vulnerable groups—within a 5-km radius, with self-consumption coverage of approximately 37%.
The project is expected to last 22 weeks, preventing 4.8 metric tons of CO₂ annually.
