The Grado Renewables Energy Community is a citizen-led initiative launched to promote the generation and shared consumption of renewable energy in the municipality of Grado. Its goal is to facilitate access to collective self-consumption, reduce participants’ energy bills, and contribute to the municipality’s decarbonization through a sustainable, locally managed energy model.
The community promotes the installation of photovoltaic systems to supply energy to residents, businesses, and public entities, thereby fostering citizen participation, the energy transition, and the development of a model that is more efficient, supportive, and environmentally friendly.
