With the aim of improving the bases for calls for Business Projects and Small Investment Projects in Just Transition Zones, oriented to improve the survival of the projects and ensure the full absorption of the Just Transition Fund, the aim is to adapt the bases to the accumulated management experience and the current economic situation, for which a Public Consultation period is opened to gather the contributions of all those who wish to participate.
Content of the prior public consultation: This prior public consultation seeks to know the opinion of the potential beneficiaries of the just transition aid regulated in these orders of bases and of other interested agents expressly on the following issues:
- Regarding Order TED/1240/2022, of December 14, 2010, BUSINESS PROJECTS IN TJ ZONES:
- What improvements do you think should be made to this order?
- In particular, do you consider that the requirements for the execution and maintenance of investments and the manner of applying reimbursements in the event of non-compliance should be adjusted?
- Sobre la Orden TED/1239/2022, de 14 de diciembre, PEQUEÑOS PROYECTOS DE INVERSIÓN EN ZONAS DE TJ:
- What improvements do you think should be made to this order?
- In particular, do you consider that the minimum investment threshold should be adjusted, and do you consider that the requirements for the execution and maintenance of investments and the manner of applying reimbursements in the event of non-compliance should be adjusted?
